Beacon Hill Missionary Baptist Church continues its commitment to serving the Herndon and Northern Virginia community through outreach that extends beyond the walls of the church.
On Friday, October 24, 2025, Beacon Hill Missionary Baptist Church partnered with Inova to host a Free Community Health Fair at the church, located at 2472 Centreville Road in Herndon, Virginia.
The event brought valuable health resources directly into the community, helping connect local residents and families with screenings, information, and support.
Bringing Health Resources to the Herndon Community
Access to health information and preventative care can make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families. The Community Health Fair provided an opportunity for area residents to learn more about their health while connecting with resources available in Northern Virginia.
Inova’s mobile screening services were on site as part of the event, helping make important healthcare resources more accessible to the community.
The health fair included access to services and resources such as:
- Blood pressure and cholesterol screenings
- Mammogram and breast cancer screening information
- Mental health resources and support
- Community health information and additional wellness resources
By hosting the event at Beacon Hill Missionary Baptist Church, these services could be offered in a familiar and welcoming community setting.
